NO MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Charges are per hour on a pay as you go contract. This is a completely flexible arrangement and there are no ongoing commitments – you simply use my services as needed.
Invoices will be generated weekly for ad hoc work and you will only be charged for the actual amount of time I have spent working for you.
To ensure you are billed accurately, I use time-tracking software and generate reports which are issued with invoices.

These packages are priced competitively and give you peace of mind that the support you require is available to suit your needs. When packages are booked, those hours are reserved for you exclusively and will take priority over any new bookings.
All-Inclusive, Transparent Pricing
One simple hourly rate covers everything - no hidden costs, no additional overheads. You won’t pay extra for VAT, sick pay, employer’s NI, office space, equipment, holiday pay, insurance, or any other employer obligations. It’s a fully flexible arrangement designed to give you professional support without the usual business complications.

How it works:
Recruitment Support – Transparent, Fair, and Time-Based
I offer a flexible, hourly-based recruitment service designed to find the right candidates for your business without charging a percentage of the salary.
How it works:
My recruitment rate is £35 per hour, tracked carefully and reported at the end of each month, with invoices payable within 7 days.
Most clients use me exclusively, but if a vacancy is filled via another source, my hourly charges still apply for the time spent working on that role. This ensures fair compensation for the time dedicated to recruitment, which could otherwise be spent supporting other operational tasks.
Advertising is included using free platforms such as Indeed and Facebook. If you’d like premium multi-job board advertising, this can be arranged for around £250 per vacancy, paid directly to the provider—my role is to manage applications, not profit from advertising.
To date, I have successfully filled every vacancy without premium advertising, often in under 10 hours per role (£350 or less), demonstrating significant savings compared with traditional recruitment fees.
I do not rely on a pre-existing candidate database; each vacancy is handled from scratch to ensure the best fit for your business.
Recruitment is not an instant process. Once your advert is live, applications typically start arriving within a week as momentum builds.
I conduct first-stage interviews and only submit candidates I feel are the right fit, along with a full summary explaining why I recommend them for direct interview.
If a vacancy isn’t generating strong applications, I’ll review and discuss adjustments to the advert or approach to improve responses.
